Little worlds deserve thoughtful care. Here is what stays on your device, what the app stores handle, and how this website works.

A little introduction

Little Garden (Pequeno Jardim in Portuguese) is a single-player puzzle game for children aged 4 to 8, developed by NovaApps. This policy covers the game on Android and iOS, as well as this showcase website.

The game has no user account, sign-in, chat, social features, or developer-operated backend. We do not ask players for their name, email address, date of birth, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or GPS location.

What stays on your device

The game saves stage progress, stars, best results, sound and music preferences, and a local record of purchases on the device. The game does not transmit these save files to NovaApps. We cannot access them remotely.

Android backup is disabled for the app. On Apple devices, device backups may be managed by your operating system and Apple account settings. Removing the app deletes its local game files; copies in device backups and transaction records held by the app store are separate.

Optional purchases

Optional food packs and ant colours are sold through Google Play on Android and Apple’s App Store on iOS. All 36 stages can be completed without a purchase. The optional shop sits behind a grown-ups area with a simple maths question; this is a purchase barrier, not identity verification.

The relevant app store processes payment and maintains its transaction records. The game receives purchase information needed to verify and deliver the selected item and keeps a local record. NovaApps does not receive your card number or billing details from the game. Restoring purchases rechecks eligible purchases with the relevant store; already-consumed food is not restored.

Advertising in the current version

The Android version shows at most one full-screen advertisement per play session, and only between worlds: after the first time stage 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 is completed, and only once the session has already lasted three minutes. An advertisement never interrupts a stage, never appears on the opening screen, and an advertisement that fails to load never blocks progress. There is no advertising provider on iOS.

Advertising is served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The game always requests non-personalised advertisements, always marks its requests as child-directed, and limits advertisements to the “G” content rating. The advertising identifier permission is removed from the Android app. Before advertising is initialised, the game asks a grown-up whether the player is under the age of consent, and passes that answer to the Google User Messaging Platform, which handles any consent request. The advertising provider processes its own data to select and measure an advertisement, including device and diagnostic information described in Google’s policy, linked below.

For children and their grown-ups

The game is designed for children. It does not ask them to create a profile, provide contact information, upload content, or communicate with other players. NovaApps includes no analytics or crash-reporting SDK of its own. On Android, the Google advertising SDK collects its own device and diagnostic data when it serves an advertisement; the advertising section above describes the limits the game places on that.

If you contact NovaApps by email, the address and information you choose to include will be used to respond to your request. Please contact us as a parent or guardian and avoid sending unnecessary personal information about a child.

This website

This showcase has no account, newsletter form, advertising tags, tracking pixels, analytics, or embedded third-party video. Its images, fonts, and 3D models are served from the same website. Choosing a language navigates to a different URL; the site does not set a language cookie.

Your browser requests site files from the hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary connection data, such as IP address and requested URLs, to deliver and secure the site. Hosting-specific retention and contact details must be confirmed before public launch. Following a store or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.

Your choices and requests

You can turn off sound and music in the game and pause animations on this website. To remove local game progress and local purchase records, delete the app’s data or uninstall it. Store transaction records and device backups are managed separately by Google or Apple.

For questions or privacy requests, use the contact below. NovaApps does not have a player account or cloud save to delete. If you have contacted us, you can ask about the information you sent. The rights that apply to your request depend on your location.

Updates to this policy

We will update this page when the game or website changes how it handles data. The date above identifies the latest revision, and this page describes the version of the game currently being submitted to the app stores, advertising included.
